Terms

16 October 2026

These terms cover use of LÉVIOS, the operating system for software teams, provided by LeverageIT. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using LÉVIOS for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The service

LÉVIOS gives a software team one place to see the work: planning, delivery, and, where enabled, a CRM. We may change features as the product changes. We will not remove access to your data without notice except where the law requires it, or the account is closed.

Accounts

You need an account to use the product. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and tell us if you believe an account has been misused. Organization admins decide who is a member and what each role can see.

Your data

You keep ownership of the content you and your team submit. You give LeverageIT permission to host, process, and display that content so we can run LÉVIOS for your organization. How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

  • Break the law, or violate someone else’s rights, with the service.
  • Attempt to access an organization, mailbox, or record you are not allowed to see.
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, except through a test we have agreed to in writing.
  • Resell access to LÉVIOS, or present it as your own product.

Third-party services

LÉVIOS connects to tools you choose. Those services have their own terms. A connection works only for as long as that provider allows it, and only for the scopes you grant.

Intellectual property

LÉVIOS, the LÉVIOS name, and the lever mark belong to LeverageIT. These terms do not give you ownership of the product. They give you a right to use it for your organization while the account is in good standing.

Disclaimers

LÉVIOS is provided as available. We work to keep it accurate and running. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, or that every sync and summary will be complete. Information in the product is a view of your work, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, LeverageIT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of LÉVIOS. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount your organization paid us for LÉVIOS in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending access

You may stop using LÉVIOS at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. On closure, we delete or return customer data as described in the privacy policy, except where we must keep it by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you a right to bring a claim somewhere else.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page, and the date above will change. Questions: privacy@leverage.it.
